10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A over-the-road drivers for long-haul assignments. The role offers competitive mileage pay with a weekly performance bonus, modern automatic tractors, and reliable home-time options.

• Compensation : $0.50–$0.65 per mile depending on experience and domicile, plus a $0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weekly. Estimated typical weekly earnings : $1,500–$1,600 based on mileage and bonus.
• Average weekly mileage : Approximately 2,500 miles.
• Home time / schedule : Weekly or bi-weekly options with a 34–48 hour reset; typically one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty.
• Equipment & freight : 2022–2025 automatic Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors; primarily dry van, no-touch freight; approximately 70% drop-and-hook operations.

Primary responsibilities :

Minimum qualifications :

At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months; or
