LHH has a new opening for a Sales Associate position with a real estate industry organization operating throughout the DMV area. This will be a direct hire role with a base + commission structure. This Sales Associate will be part of a growing team with a lot of room for growth and ability to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively generate new business through cold calls, warm outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within an assigned territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, and builders to drive referrals.
• Maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure Universal Title remains top-of-mind.
• Represent Universal Title in public relations efforts and community engagement.
• Promote brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Organize and lead educational sessions, networking events, and marketing activities.
• Support real estate professionals in scaling their businesses through collaborative efforts.
• Assist in the settlement process to ensure smooth transactions.
• Leverage social media platforms consistently and strategically to enhance visibility and engagement.
