Schedule : M, W, F 9 : 30am - 6pm & T, Th 10 : 30am - 7pm

Responsibilities :

• Manage patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and authorization processes for physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by welcoming and greeting patients, assisting with check-in, and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, ordering supplies, and managing general administrative needs.
• Organize and maintain filing systems while accurately tracking scheduling information.
