Reimbursement Practice Consultant
The Reimbursement Practice of Forvis Mazars Healthcare provides in-depth, tailored solutions in many targeted areas, including academic medical center programs, Worksheet S-10 uncompensated care costs (UCC), Medicare bad debt recovery and reporting, Medicare and Medicaid disproportionate share hospital (DSH) services, geographic reclassifications, and UPL supplemental payment programs. How you will contribute :
- Supporting clients on a variety of reimbursement consulting projects such as Medicare and Medicaid Disproportionate Share, Medicare Bad Debts, and Uncompensated Care Reporting
- Learning new internal software and platforms
- Demonstrating strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to compile and assess large data sets, while identifying potential data concerns or issues
- Learning and developing new technical knowledge specific to our consulting practice and the clients we serve
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the health care practitioners in other service lines within the firm and maintain an understanding of the breadth of firm offering
- Delivering Forvis Mazars' commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients
