Location : Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152

Pay Rate : $17 / hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a client with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Histrionic Personality Disorder, and Borderline and Antisocial traits . This role requires patience, consistency, and the ability to implement structured routines while ensuring the clients safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care and daily living assistance
• Support the client in maintaining daily routines and structured activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support while maintaining clear boundaries
• Implement behavior management strategies and follow care plans
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, and overall well-being
• Ensure a safe and respectful living environment
