The purpose of this job description is to define the scope, responsibilities, and qualifications for the Clinical Optimization Nurse role. This position is working evening shift, 11am - 11 : 30pm.

Overview

Holy Cross Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Optimization Nurse to join our Clinical Optimization Unit. This role is designed for experienced nurses who are passionate about improving patient outcomes, mentoring staff, and driving clinical excellence across the continuum of care.
