About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable paralegal to support our legal and business operations across the globe. This individual will play a key role in supporting commercial contract reviews, legal operations, and cross-functional processes with Sales, Procurement, and HR and will help ensure compliance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, international environment.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, VA.
What You’ll be Doing
Legal Support & Collaboration
Work closely with the legal team to support contract negotiations and management, as well as legal and operational initiatives, and provide valuable paralegal and administrative support across multiple functional areas
Commercial & Sales Support
Review and approve standard nondisclosure, sales, and promotional contract terms within policy guidelines and escalation frameworks
Serve as the primary legal operations point of contact for Sales and Channel teams globally
Respond to basic legal and business questions from internal teams and assist with completion of questionnaires from customers
Manage execution workflows for contracts using systems such as DocuSign and Ironclad
Triage and escalate sanctions flags for prospective or current customers
Maintain accurate contract records, templates, and playbooks across global jurisdictions
Operations & Legal Administration
Review and process procurement requests; identify legal issues and escalate to counsel where appropriate
Liaise with Accounts Payable and external vendors on buy-side contract documentation and workflows
Partner with HR to prepare and update employment-related legal documents
Coordinate with insurance brokers and internal teams during insurance renewals and compliance events
Support corporate governance tasks such as business registrations, regulatory filings, and compliance calendar tracking
Assist with internal audits, data room preparation, and regulatory responses
Coordinate notarization, apostille, and document legalization processes as needed
Other duties as needed
About You
Minimum 4 years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role in a multinational environment
Previous experience working in a tech, SaaS, or fast-growing international company
Experience with nondisclosure and commercial contract review and lifecycle management
Proficiency in contract management tools such as Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to support both local and cross-border matters within a global legal framework
Legal education or paralegal certification in the U.S. legal system (e.g., ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent)
Familiarity with trade compliance, sanctions screening, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Understanding of employment law documentation and insurance-related legal processes

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
