Key Responsibilities
Build and grow the company's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
Develop a community engagement playbook tailored for each platform
Measure key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
A strategic operator who builds systems for community engagement
A patient and curious individual focused on long-term organic trust
