RESPONSIBILITIES : Create and execute a CI roadmap that aligns with business priorities by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing impactful improvement initiatives. Guide cross-functional teams in executing CI projects using a range of tools such as Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, Pull Systems, SMED, Transactional Process Improvement, VAVE, and DFMA. Partner with leadership to weave CI thinking into management practices and decision-making frameworks. Develop, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) using visual management systems to measure progress and ensure accountability. Educate and mentor employees at all levels on CI tools, techniques, and methodologies to build organizational capability. Work across all departments to eliminate non-value-added activities, streamline workflows, and optimize processes. Leverage data to identify inefficiencies, uncover trends, and propose targeted solutions. Contribute to key initiatives including cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased throughput. Capture, document, and standardize best practices for organization-wide adoption. Research industry best practices and continuously refine the CI strategy to stay competitive. Promote a culture of safety by embedding safety protocols into CI projects, ensuring employee well-being and operational excellence. QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); knowledge of assembly / machining a plus. 5+ years applying CI tools (VSM, A3, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, TPI, VAVE, DFMA) across multiple business functions. Proven success leading cross-functional CI projects and driving organizational change. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Minitab; ERP experience preferred. Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Resilient, adaptable, and customer-focused with high integrity.
