A Day in the Life of a CRMG Diabetes Program Coordinator

The Diabetes Program Coordinator works as part of the diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) team and is primarily responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of the accredited diabetes education program within the healthcare system. This position also assists in maintaining optimal care of Cheyenne Regional patients through appropriate training by providing direct patient care to patient / families with diabetes in the outpatient setting.
