We are seeking a Manager of Corporate FP&A to join our dynamic team! The Corporate Planning & Analytics (CP&A) team serves as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and the full Aon Executive Committee for all planning and analytics needs. CP&A demonstrate financial, strategic, and operational expertise and are a key 'go to' team for executives in the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help set expectations for management and deliver timely financials, delivering strategic insight into the business's short, medium-and longer-term outlook. The team is made up of high performing individuals that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to an Aon office and given the flexibility to work remote. What The Day Will Look Like :

• Strategic key partner across all regions and solution lines to provide a comprehensive and insightful view for senior finance and business leadership.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly management presentations.
• Lead projects to streamline and centralize processes and reporting across the Finance organization.
• Be a key contributor to Digital Transformation, leveraging technology and process improvements.
• Support team engagement and development activities in line with our 3 pillars strategy : wellness, digital transformation, and career development.
