Busy general partner / CEO, is looking for an All-Star EA / PA with at least three years of experience to join the team. This role will interface with home and office staff, and will include starting the day in the home and traveling to the office ~ 25 miles away.
Excellent candidates will have :
- Sense of urgency, attention to detail
- Understanding the difference between following through and following up
- Resourcefulness and discretion
- Techie at heart - you use LastPass, Notion, Google Workspace with ease
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Of service mentality - no job is too small or too big
- Ability to anticipate needs - proactive
- Bias towards action - make mistakes of action, not inaction
