As an Evening Guest Service Representative, you will be the voice of Tricoci University during evening hours. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and students. You will provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and students with a friendly demeanor as they arrive or contact us.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries promptly, providing detailed information about our programs and services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and educational tours.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of guest interactions.
- Resolve guest concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth operation and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support evening operations.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is preferred.Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Monday through Friday 5 : 00-10 : 00pm cst.Benefits
