A company is looking for a VP, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer success strategy and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers to ensure high-quality project delivery
Establish operational processes for customer onboarding, renewals, and support while tracking performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Success, with proven revenue goal achievement
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams
Experience in managing complex technical programs and scaling project operations
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or technology preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
