A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer / Database Administrator (Databricks).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Databricks notebooks, clusters, jobs, and workspace access
Troubleshoot job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data ingestion errors
Assist with user onboarding, workspace configuration, and permission management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a helpdesk engineer
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Databricks
Familiarity with cloud computing, databases, and data warehouses
Ability to support a remote team
