Senior Business Systems Analyst - IT

Salary range is $78K to $170K with a midpoint of $118K. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

GENERAL PURPOSE :

Under general direction, the Senior Business Systems Analyst analyzes business problems and customer needs to define functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions. Manage those requirements through their full life cycle, partnering with business and technical teams to ensure value, quality, and an excellent end user experience. Develop subject matter expertise in foundational data and act as the conduit between IT systems and customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Five years of experience in IT business analysis which includes designing and documenting requirements, detailed process flows and performing quality assessment and assurance functions; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
