What Youll Be Doing :
- Leading the preparation of bids and cost estimates for major earthworks and paving projects
- Reviewing design documents, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Collaborating with project managers and executives to develop winning strategies
- Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating processes
- Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery
