What You Will Do

• Architect and scale backend systems capable of supporting millions of users and high-volume transaction processing.
• Lead critical technical projects end-to-end, ensuring long-term scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Design and optimize distributed systems, APIs, and complex data processing pipelines.
• Mentor engineers, foster technical excellence, and drive best practices across the engineering org.
• Continuously improve system performance, observability, and maintainability.
