Job Description

The Executive Director of FP&A is responsible for leading the North America’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis function. This role serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that drive key investments and profitability . The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to the following

Lead long-range financial planning and annual budgeting processes

Complete and monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts

Prepare and present financial reports to the North America Business Partners

Manage and mentor FP&A team members

Streamline reporting processes and ensure data integrity

Review the Transparency reporting finance files prepared and work with legal and other administrators on ensuring compliance

The base salary range for this role is $244,000-$330,000 . Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
