The Director, Product Engineering role will be a part of the Global Product Engineering team at Iron Mountain, reporting to the Engineering leadership - Global Platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists, data scientists, solution engineers, and architects who are developing and deploying applications to the highest standards.
• Attract, recruit, and retain the industry's best talent, and have the technical skills to effectively guide and participate in architectural discussions, technology roadmaps, and decisions to ensure we build impactful, compelling, and scalable solutions in an incremental fashion.
• Maintain our competitive positioning to ensure that we have the best in class solution offerings that meet the regional needs for our clients.
• Evaluate new and emerging software technologies and tools in enterprise software design and architecture using Java components and work on software development lifecycle.
• Perform rapid prototyping and discern technical feasibility of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI / ML) solutions and cloud technologies and architecture against business needs.
• Drive strategy and development of target AI / ML systems and solutions in alignment with business, data, infra architecture and enterprise security practices and leverage global delivery models.

Requirements :

Familiarity with Low-code / No-code platform engineering, SaaS platform engineering, and BPM Solutions is desired.

Education :

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field required.
