Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to provide services in a K-12 educational setting. Located in New Britain, CT, this role involves working a 37.5-hour week throughout the school year under a contract arrangement.
Responsibilities include managing a high school caseload of approximately 35 students, with a focus on 19 students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and multiple disabilities. Collaboration with a paraprofessional for student support is part of the role to ensure effective therapy delivery. Services may be provided in-person or via teletherapy depending on student needs.
