Job descriptionPerform inventory management, ensure proper storage, and maintain documentation including labels, logs, and reports. Participate in on-call rotation based on staffing and business needs. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel). Strong written and verbal customer service skills are essential. Experience in Specialty Pharmacy is a plus .
Responsibilities
- Support fulfillment of prescriptions, including order entry, processing refills, managing copays, and preparing medications for shipment.
- Handle communication via phone, email, and fax with patients, prescribers, and team members.
- Research and assist with financial assistance programs for patients.
