[DIRECT HIRE] ASSEMBLY TEAM LEAD | MANUFACTURING | KCMO |

2nd Shift, Team Lead opportunity for a large manufacturing facility in KCMO.

  • $24 / hour, plus differentials.

  • 2nd Shift | 3pm -11pm | Sun-Thursday (off on Fri / Sat)

Responsibilities :

  • Lead 3-12 production workers, inspect products.
  • Schedule assignments, enforce policies / safety.
  • Analyze problems, maintain records, coach staff.
  • Liaise with departments, promote accountability.

    • Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree or 6-12 months experience.
  • Supervisory skills; computer proficiency.
  • Lift up to 100 lbs; mandatory overtime.
