Redwire / Loadpath has a current opportunity for a part-time Electronic Assembly Technician (Part-time) (Assembler, 2) to join our advanced design team located at our facility in Albuquerque, NM . We are a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team that innovates space mechanisms, multi-payload launch adapters, structural testing, deployable composite booms, high-strain composites, metallic structures, deployable space structures, R&D engineering, spacecraft thermal management components, and thermal analysis. Summary :

We have an opportunity for a part-time Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Hours may vary in this part-time position working up to 29 hours per week, depending on business need. The technician performs the building of Harnesses, PCBs, testing, modifying, reworking, and repairing of electronic and or mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities :

Fabrication and validation of critical flight hardware, including electrical and or mechanical assembly and flight Ground Support Equipment - per associated flight drawings, procedures, quality standards and internal training.

• Work with team to manufacture and test flight hardware.
• Assist with receiving, Inventory and kitting assemblies per documented procedures.
• Work with Quality to ensure that production equipment is maintained and in calibration.
• Work with manufacturing engineering to optimize manufacturing orders and ensure process instructions are understood.
