We offer generous benefits, including retirement, paid time off, paid parental leave, health, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance and long and short-term disability, and more.Position Details : - Provides comprehensive urology services on an outpatient basis to all patients, including evaluations, clinical analysis, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy recommendation. - Evaluates and treat patients with genitourinary disorders of the kidneys, bladder, adrenal glands, and male reproductive organs. - Completes urological testing, appropriately incorporates use of laboratory tests, radiological studies, and diagnostic exams such as cystoscopies in the clinic setting. - Performs endoscopic and laparoscopic surgical procedures as appropriate : abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries. - Works with medical and administrative leadership to create discrete service line approaches to specific urological problems, where indicated by need. - Works with medical leadership to participate in quality assessment and quality improvement initiatives, including peer review, where appropriate. - Performs urology consultations at the request of other care providers. - Evaluates patients for ability to treat conditions locally and refers them to higher level of care when appropriate. - Assists in building a urology service that meets population needs. - Guides the care team and other providers when appropriate, in providing quality urology care. - 2 years working as a urologist in a clinical setting.
