Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high‑performing HR Solutions Consultants, guiding their professional growth and driving a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
• Strategize and execute on our sales process, providing hands‑on support for top deals and acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and our customers.
• Deeply understand customer needs by building strong relationships and capturing invaluable product feedback. You’ll translate these insights into actionable feedback for our product team, directly influencing our product roadmap.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing SC capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Influence and own the operational infrastructure and performance metrics for your team, must have strong Salesforce.com reporting and visual presentation skills.
• Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and performance, inspiring your team to achieve new levels of success.
• Partner with our Recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, building a versatile and dynamic team committed to Rippling’s vision.

Salary and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US‑based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here. The pay range for this role is : 150,000 – 262,500 USD per year (US). Commission is not guaranteed.
