Performance Test Lead

A company is looking for a Performance Test Lead to manage end-to-end performance testing for complex applications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with stakeholders to define performance requirements and SLAs

Develop performance test strategies and manage the full lifecycle of testing

Execute performance testing using LoadRunner and monitor metrics with tools like Dynatrace

Required Qualifications :

Proven expertise in performance testing and stakeholder management

Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner

Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudWatch and EC2

Experience in designing test scripts for web applications and APIs

Knowledge of performance monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace
