Job Overview :
As a valued member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency. You will also mentor junior technicians, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with Service Advisors to understand customer concerns and ensure accurate repairsDiagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specificationsPerform detailed multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings and recommendationsProvide guidance and support to junior techniciansDocument all repair work thoroughly and accurately on repair ordersConduct test drives to verify repair quality and customer satisfactionMaintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for your personal tool set, ensuring it is complete and ready for all required repairsHandle customer vehicles with care—return them clean, with seat settings and radio presets unchanged, personal items replaced as found, and park completed vehicles in designated areas with all protective coverings removedUse shop equipment carefully and report any damage to management immediatelyComplete required training and ASE certifications in a timely mannerExhibit professionalism, respect, and a strong work ethic with customers, co-workers, and managementComplete tasks and requests assigned by managementQualifications :
Minimum 4+ years of automotive repair experience (flat rate experience required)ASE and / or OEM certifications highly preferredProficient with factory diagnostic tools and repair proceduresStrong mechanical and diagnostic skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMust have and maintain your own complete personal tool set to perform all required repairsPositive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workAvailable Monday - Saturday
