K to Z Collective — owners of West Ave Grille and The Highland Restaurant & Bar — is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across our restaurant group.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a strong business sense, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional food and service every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage and motivate staff, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Implement and maintain best management practices to drive efficiency and profitability
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Cultivate a positive guest experience and resolve issues promptly and professionally
