Job description

The Data Management Specialist ensures accurate and timely collection, input, and maintenance of data within our ERP and auxiliary systems. This role demands precision, strong data entry skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain data integrity . This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection

Collect data from internal departments, external partners, and customers

Verify accuracy and completeness of all collected data

Maintain effective communication channels with data providers

Data Entry

Accurately input data into the ERP system following standard procedures

Ensure consistency and reliability in data entries

Conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors

Data Management

Maintain and update ERP system data to reflect business changes

Perform routine data cleaning and de-duplication

Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives

Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends

Data Analysis

Analyze data to identify issues or discrepancies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems

Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel

Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems , or related field

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Knowledge of data management best practices
