Position : Senior Clinical Operations Analyst – Future Cancer Hospital
Location : Hybrid, Boston, MA (1–2 days onsite per week)
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 12-month contract with potential for conversion to FTE
Overview :
Medasource is seeking two Senior Clinical Operations Analysts to support data and analytics efforts for a major hospital build as our northeast healthcare client looks to expand inpatient capacity and enhance patient-centered care. This role will focus on leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, optimize clinical operations, and improve patient experience during the planning and transition phases of the new hospital. This role will directly impact the 5 year and long term plans for the new hospital!

Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
- Experience supporting inpatient operations, capacity planning, or clinical workflows strongly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau required
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
