Instructional and Exercise Support Task Lead

Job Title

Peraton is seeking a highly motivated, mission-focused professional to lead instructional and exercise-support services for a federal customer within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

The Task 3 Lead serves as the senior manager for all training, learning, exercises, and professional development activities under the contract, ensuring seamless delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and web-based learning solutions across multiple customer offices. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, the Task 3 Lead oversees a team of instructors and instructional systems designers, manages the full training lifecycle, and ensures alignment with customer requirements, learning objectives, and security standards. This role is central to workforce readiness, instructional quality, and continuous improvement of learning products and methodologies supporting the customer.

Leadership and Oversight

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and mentorship to instructors, instructional systems designers, and support staff.
• Ensure training and exercise activities meet quality, timeliness, and security standards established by the customer and the contract.
• Implement performance metrics and continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and program efficiency.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
