About the Role

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, green, and running smoothly? Join our team at Tresco Works as a General Maintenance Worker !

In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our facilities and grounds. From mowing and weeding to performing light repairs, you’ll help ensure everything is in top condition while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and clean buildings, grounds, and property in accordance with contract specifications.

Perform custodial duties and assist with routine maintenance as needed.

Use tools and equipment such as weed eaters, mowers, and small hand tools.

Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and facility maintenance.

Support with equipment upkeep and small projects across multiple locations.

Travel between sites in southeast New Mexico to assist with maintenance needs.

Work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : Minimum one year in general maintenance, repair, or groundskeeping.

License : Valid driver’s license required.

Must be able to travel and occasionally work flexible hours.
