The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams across Apple Montessori Schools. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and helps manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting positions to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities
- Post, update, and maintain job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with interview scheduling and coordination as needed.
- Complete reference checks for all new hires.
- Prepare new hire offer letters and contracts; ensure timely signatures and acceptance in both ATS and Adobe platforms.
- Verify that all required documentation is included in each new hire’s recruitment folder prior to onboarding.
- Assist in verifying transcripts and credentials as needed.
- Launch and manage the New Hire Onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for all new employees.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations.
- Manage fingerprinting and background check compliance, including scheduling and completion of CARI documentation.
- Monitor and manage the Talent email inbox to ensure prompt, professional communication with candidates.
- Assist in compiling reports and metrics related to hiring activity and performance.
- Support the organization and logistics of job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with sourcing and interview coordination during high-volume recruitment periods.
Reports to : Talent Manager
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (internship experience considered).Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify processes preferred.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound discretion in handling sensitive information.Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate staffing and recruitment needs.Working and Physical Demands
Work Environment : Primarily remote, with occasional office presence as required. Must reside in Tri-State area for business needs (CT, PA, NY, NJ)Physical Requirements : Must be able to sit, stand, and bend throughout a standard workday.Scheduling : May require flexibility to respond to candidate or business needs outside regular hours.Reports to : Talent Manager
