What You'll Do

As an EPM Solution Architect on this team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth reviews of customer EPM implementations to diagnose challenges and recommend solutions. You'll perform detailed reviews of customer EPM implementations, identify critical challenges, and design targeted solutions to optimize performance and value. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the customers, providing expert mentorship on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. You will drive discussions to identify gaps and challenges to help craft and define customer EPM requirements and visions. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to guiding the development team and convincing the customer to adopt the appropriate processes and tools. You will work independently on development and issue resolution, ensure timely delivery of project artifacts, and provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation, coordinating closely with the customer, internal team, and product support to drive the successful deployment of the EPM solution.

Responsibilities

About You :

• You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You are an experienced EPM consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions.
• You have good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Workforce planning, Capex planning, strategic planning, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement.
• You advise customers on the optimal allocation of workloads across various systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
• You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the EPM ecosystem, like, Integration of EPM with ERP, HCM, and third-party system.
• You stay up to date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through continuous learning.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from $52.50 to $107.40 per hour; from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
