Special Education Teacher Grade 2Long-term Substitute

The William H. Lincoln School anticipates a vacancy for a special education teacher working primarily with 2nd grade students. The position will begin on approximately March 6 2026 running through the end of this school year.

Job Description : The special education student will work with a caseload of approximately 10students will receive a significant amount of instruction in small group settings while others will spend most or all of their day in the general education setting.

Duties include but are not limited to :

Requirements Qualifications : Mass DESE certification in mild / moderate special needs Preferred Qualifications : Certification in a systematic phonemic approach to reading instruction preferred.
