Position Purpose : Lead Centene's enterprise-wide crisis management and business resilience strategy to ensure operational continuity and rapid recovery from disruptive events. This role drives preparedness, response coordination, and strategic resilience planning across all business units, safeguarding critical services and enhancing organizational agility.
Responsibilities :
Education / Experience : Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Information Technology, or related field required. Master's Degree Business Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 7+ years crisis management, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with demonstrated leadership in high-stakes environments required. Experience in healthcare, financial services, or consulting preferred.
Licenses / Certifications : Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) preferred and Certified Crisis Management Professional (CCMP), CEM (Certified Emergency Manager), or equivalent preferred. Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) preferred or : PMP (Project Management Professional), or related credentials preferred.
Pay Range : $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
