Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, Global Compensation will report into the Director, Global Compensation, supporting the organization’s broad-based compensation programs including base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs. The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage compensation programs and processes for our global organization, ensuring that they are effective in supporting our strategic business requirements.
The role will provide comprehensive functional leadership on strategy, design, compliance, implementation, communications, training, systems and administration for all corporate compensation programs :
o Maintain the integrity and governance of the global job classification methodology
o Maintain salary ranges aligned to business needs and competitive markets
o Work closely with finance colleagues on quarterly accrual process
o Responsible for final bonus calculation and payout.
o Manage equity grant process for stock options, restricted stock units and performance share units in 29 countries
o Responsible for taxation and payroll reporting / withholding compliance in all countries
