• This position would assume an established practice joining another physician, an Advanced Practitioner Clinician, and support staff.

• Nursing Home coverage - 1 / 2 day per week
• Care Coordination team - for the chronically complex patients
• Care for all age groups
• Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan ($192,000 - $320,000 based on 0.6-1.0 FTE)
