Low Voltage Technician

1. Basic Hand Tool Proficiency

Must bring and know how to use :

Screwdrivers

Pliers

Punch-down tools

Toner and phone

Larger tools like hammer drills and saws are provided onsite, but familiarity is helpful.

2. Telecom Closet Buildouts

Experience with :

Setting up racks and cabinets

Populating racks with patch panels, cable management, and network gear

Labeling and organizing cables per site standards

3. Self-Sufficiency & Readiness

Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

No time for on-the-job training - candidates must be fully capable from day one

Ability to follow direction and complete tasks independently

Minimum 5 years of experience (YOE) in low-voltage cabling

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Per diem available for travel over 70 miles

Team size : ~20 people onsite

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
