Continuous Integration (Six Sigma) Consultant

We're hiring a Continuous Improvement (CI) Consultant to architect, launch, and lead a comprehensive IT Continuous Improvement Program. This isn't just about maintaining the status quo; you will be building the engine that drives efficiency across our entire IT organization. We need a self-starter who doesn't require a roadmap—you are the roadmap.

You will be the primary architect of our Lean Six Sigma integration, serving as both a strategic lead and a hands-on facilitator.

Required Experience:

• Lean Six Sigma Mastery: Deep expertise in LSS methodologies (Black Belt preferred) with a proven track record of implementation within an IT environment.
• Instructional Design: Possession of personal training modules and materials used in prior successful deployments.
• Facilitation Skills: Expert-level ability to lead cross-functional teams through Kaizen events and process mapping.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously, manage a service-level agreement, and drive results without daily oversight.
• Local Presence: Must be based in the Saint Louis area to facilitate in-person workshops and leadership coaching.
