Occupational Therapist – Gilbert, AZ and Phoenix, AZ
Location : Gilbert, Arizona and Phoenix, AZ (2550 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234, & 4550 E. Bell Rd Suite #163
Phoenix, AZ 85032)
Schedule : Full-Time of 40 hours per week (Part-Time may be considered) | Monday–Friday, Clinic hours are 7 : 45 AM – 5 : 15 PM | Flexible scheduled hours, no weekends, no travel
Estimated Total Annual Earnings : $95,000-$110,000 / year

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each childDeliver engaging therapy sessions (clinic-based and home-based)Collaborate with the DEPS team for transdisciplinary careSupport staff training and in-house development initiativesRequirements :
What We’re Looking For
Licensed & certified Occupational Therapist (OT) in ArizonaExperience with pediatric or autism populations preferredCPR / First Aid certified, fingerprint clearance card, and TB testStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPositive, playful personality that kids loveBenefits, Perks, & Growth
