Computer Network Support Specialist - Intermediate

Overview

Provide IT systems administration support of TARCES projects that are : fielded or out-of-production; in production phases or are being modernized, modified, or customized; in all phases of the project life cycle; in varying phases of research and development; in all phases of the project life cycle for non-DoD customers; and in all phases of the project life cycle for FMS customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems administration support of TARCES projects that are : fielded or out-of-production; in production phases or are being modernized, modified, or customized; in all phases of the project life cycle; in varying phases of research and development; in all phases of the project life cycle for non-DoD customers; and in all phases of the project life cycle for FMS customers.
• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems such as LAN, cloud networks, servers, and other data.
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption
• Support routine maintenance on networks and servers to include assisting with the installation and configuration of hardware and software; integrating system fixes, updates, and enhancements; and resolving interface and interoperability issues.
