Join Our Team as a Dialysis Nurse Supervisor RN - Immediate Start!

At DaVita, we're looking for a compassionate Dialysis Nurse Supervisor RN to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Deliver high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
  • Oversee a team of PCTs to conduct patient observations and manage treatment plans.
  • Participate in training and may float to various clinics as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 18 months of nursing experience, preferably in critical care.
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Willingness to supervise and lead a clinical team.

    Located at 1641 Sassafras Street, Erie, Pennsylvania, this role offers a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary details are competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
