Job description

Job title : Helpdesk Coordinator

Location : Trenton, NJ

Duration : 6 months

Schedule :

  • Position is a hybrid model. Selected applicants will be required to work remotely and

report on-site. Hours are Monday- Friday- 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm IN OFFICE (1 day

REMOTE : Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).

  • Note : 35 hour workweek.
  • All training will be conducted on premises at 25 Market St. Trenton, NJ.
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study - preferred
  • Training on the Client procedures and system will be provided.
  • Summary

  • The Helpdesk Coordinator will support and troubleshoot Microsoft applications, provide first-level technical assistance, and communicate effectively with end users. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to explain technical issues clearly, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adhering to established IT policies and procedures
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Windows Server , Active Directory , and Office 365
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Training on Client mainframe systems will be provided
  • Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of daily operations, tools, and applications
  • Follow all Help Desk and IT Operations procedures
  • Log all incoming issues, requests, and actions taken to resolve them
  • Provide first-response technical support to customers and users
  • Support site operations and project-specific assignments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; fulfill user requests
  • Support Client business applications
  • Provide timely follow-up and status updates to end users based on support policies
  • Ensure all closed issues are thoroughly documented
