What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Client Development – Identify, contact, and convert new customers while maintaining and renewing relationships with existing ones.
  • Technical Solution Design – Collaborate with clients and engineers to define system requirements, budgets, and technical scopes.
  • Proposal Creation – Prepare formal quotes and contracts that include equipment, materials, labor, and logistics costs.
  • Project Coordination – Work with internal teams to schedule installations, confirm equipment availability, and manage timelines.
  • Site Oversight – Visit client locations during installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on AV, lighting, and control technology advancements through continued training.
  • Follow-Up – Ensure client satisfaction post-installation and maintain long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3–5 years of experience in designing and engineering AV, lighting, and control systems.
  • Proven success in technical sales and client management.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • AV industry certifications or memberships preferred.
