Job Title : Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to assemble, install, and troubleshoot electrical components into top assemblies. This role requires adherence to engineering drawings, verbal directions, test procedures, and aerospace standards. The position supports both new and repair product production, ensuring the highest quality standards in line with FAA requirements and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate required hand tools such as calibrated wire crimpers and strippers.
• Build components according to drawings and schematics, utilizing fixtures and tooling as necessary for electrical installation assignments.
• Support and practice continual improvement of the Quality Management System and adhere to AS9100 procedures.
• Work collaboratively within a team, providing instruction and guidance to others as needed.
• Observe and adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate work status effectively to peers and supervision.
• Maintain regular attendance, working 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required when scheduled.
• Practice good housekeeping habits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
