What we are looking for :

Aleto Inc. is seeking to hire a Junior-Mid Level Web Developer who recently held or currently possesses HUD clearance for a remote position supporting our government client in Washington, DC. The role involves developing and maintaining dynamic web applications using PHP, Angular, and .NET. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features while ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Key responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing legacy systems for compatibility with browsers like Microsoft Edge and Chrome. You'll also prepare test data, maintain technical documentation, and may need to provide after-hours support for releases. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support our IT team's full life-cycle development and maintenance for the federal government.

Interview Process

Environment and Physical Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time, move inside and around an office, position themself to access items located in high or low areas, and transport items weighing up to 20 pounds across the office. Requires the constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery and the ability to observe details at a close range typically within a few feet of the observer.  The employee interacts frequently with other workers, vendors, and clients and will communicate information and ideas so others will understand and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The position consistently requires work to be completed in an office environment with artificial light and air.
