Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for data maintenance, market research, analysis, and recommendations to support and maintain the compensation practices across Avanos. This role involves analyzing market data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR job data, providing testing support, generating reports to support various compensation operations, and managing incoming requests.

This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta and requires three days per week in the office.

Salary Range : The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $83,000.00 - $94,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive benefits package.
