We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Boiler Room Tech to join our facilities team. This role is primarily responsible for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of boiler systems, steam rooms, and related utilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial boiler systems, steam generation equipment, and a solid understanding of utilities engineering principles. This position is during our 2nd Shift from 5PM-1 : 30AM

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain high- and low-pressure boiler systems and steam room equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent utilities support.
• Maintain logs, records, and documentation for compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to support production needs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies as applicable.
• Assist with utility upgrades, system installations, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours operations as required.
